The judgement that keeps projects out of trouble lives in senior practitioners’ heads, not in documents. A model can only learn from what has been published, so no amount of training or scraping will reach it. It has to be captured from the people who hold it, before they leave.

Co-Founder and CEO of HUDU and a built-environment leader with 30 years as contractor and design consultant. Former Senior Director and Subregion COO at Arup, delivering complex multidisciplinary projects worldwide.
Co-founder and Chief Engineer of HUDU, combining 25 years of engineering delivery with hands-on software leadership. Former Director of Digital Services at Arup, and has built a full-stack, data science and ML teams from scratch.
